Fun Food is back this year on the following days:
- October 12 – Top Dog Pizza
- November 9 – Subway
- December 7 – Hot Dogs
- January 18 – Top Dog Pizza
- February 22 – Subway
- March 8 – Hot Dogs
- April 18 – Top Dog Pizza
- May 10 – Subway
- June 7 – Hot Dogs
The deadline to order is 1 week prior – the Friday before 3:00pm – for both online orders and paper orders submitted to the office per our suppliers.
We will be using the vrpac.hotlunches.net website again, and in fact we have expanded it to also include ordering entertainment books, spirit wear and even order your Thrifty Foods charity Smile Card!
All accounts from last year have been deleted and parents will need to re register accounts. The access code is still the same as last year.
The website allows us to be more efficient with compiling orders and payments, and gives families more options. We highly recommend you use the website for ordering and hope you will take advantage this year! Of course, you will still have the option of using paper forms (available in the office for pickup). Remember though, that by utilizing the website, you will be able to return to make changes or cancel orders or revisit anytime to check if you forgot if you placed an order or not.
If you use the website, you can pay with credit card through Bambora or still order online and pay with cash or cheque to the office.
Once again, all accounts from last year have been deleted (due to privacy laws), so you will need to register. The website has help documents (under the “help” tab) if you need more details.
- Go to https://vrpac.hotlunches.net
- Click the “Register” button in the upper right corner
- Enter our access code VRES
- Complete the rest of the registration form
- Click the “Register Now” button at the bottom
- Follow the instructions to add each child in your family who attends our school
- Once your children are registered, click on “Orders”
- Proceed to order fun food for your children
We recommend that if you plan on ordering multiple Fun Food days or other items, you should submit all your orders and make 1 final payment when done. You can revisit or make changes/additions up to the deadline.
