Fun Food is back this year on the following days:

We are again using the website to organize the lunches, and other fundraising items for the school!
The website requires a simple one-time account setup at the beginning (it takes only minutes). Orders are quick to place at your convenience once an account is set up. Account setup is required each school year as ALL accounts are deleted at year end for privacy laws.
There are many benefits to using the website. Most important – you can see that your order is received, and you can make changes if necessary (up to the deadlines – 1 week prior, Fridays, 3pm, per our suppliers).
Here’s how to get started…
- Go to vrpac.hotlunches.net
- You may wish to click on the “Help” button and then “Parent Instruction Guide” which gives you more detailed step-by-step instructions.
- Click the “Click here to Register” button in the login box
- Enter the Access Code VRES
- Complete the rest of the registration form
- Click the “Register Now” button at the bottom
- Follow the instructions to add each child in your family who attends our school
- Once your children are registered, click on “Orders“
- Proceed to order fun food and other items for your children.
You can pay for your orders:
- By completing your order online and paying by credit card using Bambora (**RECOMMENDED)
- By ordering online, then bringing the remittance form to the office with your cash or cheque (sealed in an envelope or Ziploc), or
- By picking up a paper order form in the office and returning it with payment before the deadline (1 week prior, Fridays, 3pm, per our suppliers).
